Also providing Management Consulting & Know-How and Financing under the leadership of Chairman Murari Lal Gupta and ably supported by his son, Mohit Gupta. Firm believers in traditional family values, the group has all along striven to inculcate the family concept in their business enterprise.

As the Group expanded, the need to consolidate its various segments of institutions and businesses led to the formation of different entities based on their areas of expertise. Separately the businesses and other initiatives of the Group were restructured.

 

USS EXIM PRIVATE LIMITED

 

USS Exim (P) Limited, as our name suggests primarily we focus on the import & export of products used in the construction industry. We started importing construction chemicals from South Korea and marketed them in the Indian market. Then we started deals in wood products such as commercial veneer also called as face veneer & core veneer, stainless steel, and white cement. 

 

As our experience and knowledge of sourcing and supply of different product increase in emerging countries in South Asia, Africa and Middle East grows. We decided to share our expertise and networks to grow business, so we diversify into management consulting business as well. We focused on facilitating long term trade contracts between our clients. And explore potential market for our clients especially in neighbouring countries like Nepal & Bangladesh and Middle East.

 

USS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

 

USS India (P) Limited was started back in 2006 and initially it handled real estate projects. Since, then it has concluded various engagements and worked with unique clients. USS India also engaged and advised in financing services. The company further engages in providing management consultancy and consultancy for optimization of supply chain management and improving the production efficiency. 

 

USS India have provided and worked closely with client’s manufacturing team to mitigate inefficiencies in their factories. By optimizing their production through various daily production reporting methods and managing their inward and outward supply chain. As your strategic partner USS India offers analytical solutions to its clients for effective business decisions. USS Global Limited, was incorporated in 1993 as Surnidhi Investment. Later in course of time the name of company has been changed to USS Global Limited. USS Global has in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of corporate finance. The company is engaged in providing financial strategy consultancy to its clients, for improvement in the financials health (fund raising through Banks, NBFCs or HNIs), optimum utilisation of capital resources and working capital management. Our functional expertise is again a very balanced blend of finance, management, legal documentation and administration. The company is also involved in financing services and real estate consultancy especially in agriculture land and industrial warehouses.
